Privacy policy
The controller of personal data processed in the websites available at sygnalizuj.pl and media-park.pl is MediaPark Sp. z o.o., ul. Władysława Trylińskiego 10, 10-683 Olsztyn, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court in Olsztyn, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under number 0000718893, NIP 7393910693, REGON 369505866 (hereinafter referred to as MediaPark)
MediaPark respects the Users' rights to privacy and ensures the protection of personal data, which it administers in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation. [Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation)]. For this purpose, it uses appropriate technical and IT tools and applies specialist organizational procedures to collect, store and otherwise process personal data.
The policy below describes what personal information we collect and how we may use that information.
- When using our websites, we may ask you to provide the following personal data: name; surname; e-mail address and telephone number.
- Providing personal data is voluntary, however, failure to provide it may prevent the provision of certain services provided on the websites (e.g. handling an inquiry sent via the contact form).
- Purposes of personal data processing:
- Performance of a contract for the provision of services (including, among others, order fulfillment, settlements, communication related to the provision of services, communication via the contact form or email address). The basis for processing is the necessity to perform the contract;
- Telephone contact for purposes related to contract management via the hotline – the legal basis for the processing of personal data is the necessity of processing for its provision (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b of the GDPR);
- Maintaining a user account in the system - the legal basis for the processing of personal data is the consent of the data subject.
- Telephone contact in matters other than contract management or provision of services. The legal basis is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR), consisting in the need to settle a reported matter related to the conducted business activity.
- Handling inquiries submitted via electronic contact forms, including establishing contact and responding to inquiries - the legal basis for the processing of personal data is the consent of the data subject.
- Direct marketing using electronic means of communication - the legal basis for the processing of personal data is the consent of the data subject.
- Establishing and maintaining business relationships – the legal basis for the processing of personal data is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR), consisting in communication with business partners and creating a network of contacts in connection with the conducted business activity.
- In the event of concluding a contract, your personal data will be stored for the duration of the contract, however, due to the obligations arising from other legal regulations, including accounting and tax regulations, for reasons of legal security, we will be able to process them until the statute of limitations for any claims expires.
- In the case of data processing based on the legitimate interest of the Administrator, the data is processed for a period enabling its implementation or until an effective objection to data processing is raised.
- If the basis for the processing of personal data is your consent, we will process it until you withdraw it, which you can do at any time.
- You have the right to control your personal data processed by us, including the right to view your data, correct it, request its addition, update, rectification or deletion. After accepting the request to remove your personal data from the system, we will no longer process it. The exception is when there are: important legally justified grounds for processing the data, which according to the law are considered to override the objection, or grounds for establishing, pursuing or defending claims.
- The IT system and the data we collect and process are protected against access by third parties, meeting high security requirements both in technical (IT) and legal terms.
- We cooperate with IT experts who ensure constant security of personal data and adaptation of the IT system to the dynamically changing reality and threats. Programmers ensure ongoing implementation of appropriate procedures and the security of your data.
- In order to ensure reliability and the highest quality of service, we use external IT solutions (hosting) offered by the best providers in Poland who ensure compliance with applicable legal provisions, including those regarding personal data protection.
- Entities with which we cooperate in order to implement the services provided, e.g. payment processing, newsletter sending, correspondence handling, promotions and competitions handling, etc. may be granted access to your personal data only to the extent necessary.
- We do not transfer personal data administered by us to third countries.
- Sharing your personal data is only possible under the terms and in the cases provided for by applicable law. In the event of a violation of the law by the user, or when it is required by law, we may share the data in our possession with authorized bodies and persons, including judicial authorities.
- For security reasons, data about the IP address of the service user is saved in the server's system logs. The IP address itself does not allow us to directly identify the user.
- To use the services provided via the website, a properly configured web browser is required.
- We care about the privacy of our Service Users, therefore anyone using our application or website is obliged to comply with the prohibition of abusing electronic means of communication and providing the following content through or to IT systems:
- of an unlawful nature,
- which cause disruption or overload of IT systems used by MediaPark or other entities directly or indirectly involved in the provision of services,
- which violate the rights of third parties, generally accepted social norms or which are inconsistent with generally applicable legal provisions.
- If we detect any irregularities or threats caused by people who do not respect the laws and regulations in force on our website, we will cooperate with the Police, prosecutors and courts to help catch those committing prohibited acts.
